Formatting Requirements

• Full papers: 5,000–8,000 words including references
• Policy briefs: 1,500–3,000 words including references
• Format: TBD
• Language: English
• File type: PDF

Submission Requirements

• Papers must be original and not under review elsewhere
• All submissions must include a title, abstract (max 250 words), and 3–5 keywords
• Author names and affiliations must be removed from the manuscript for blind review
• A separate cover page with author details must be uploaded alongside the manuscript

Presentation Requirements

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by at least one registered author. Each presentation is allocated:

• Full papers: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
• Policy briefs: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion
